Arcadia is building the world’s first city for the creative economy—a place where decentralization, creative sovereignty, holistic artistry, and ecological design are not ideals, but first principles. Meaning is paramount. Culture is infrastructure. And community is shaped not by proximity, but by purpose.

Everything in Arcadia is structured to support what sustains us: art, nature, and meaning. Our city is a haven where creative labor is valued, governance is transparent, and land and imagination coexist in harmony.

Located in Puerto Rico, Arcadia will grow intentionally, with the island as its foundation and the global creative class as its residents. Every element—from architecture to public policy—will be shaped by those who choose to build it together.

This is Arcadia. A city imagined by artists. Governed by creators. Sustained by community. And rooted in one of the most culturally rich places on Earth.
