Launching in 2026, The Arcadia Residency is our cultural blueprint. It exists to ensure that the creative spirit of our city precedes its skyline.
Each cohort is composed of singular voices—artists, writers, designers, filmmakers, philosophers—whose work doesn’t just reflect culture, but directs it. These are not residents in name alone. They are the architects of Arcadia’s emotional, aesthetic, and symbolic infrastructure.
Rather than prescribing themes or deliverables, the Residency offers something rarer: space, trust, and sovereignty. Residents receive the resources to pursue their most ambitious creative visions, full ownership of everything they produce, and access to the broader Arcadia ecosystem for collaboration, feedback, and amplification.
The work created in this residency becomes part of Arcadia’s founding mythos—an origin story told not through policy or press releases, but through images, texts, sounds, and ideas that endure. This is how culture becomes place.
