The 2023 writers’ strike unveiled the belated need for a new creative haven and a better system to facilitate its production. Formal art colonies have been established since the 19th century. The arts deserve a new ecosystem rooted in holistic artistry and creative sovereignty that challenges the commodified nature of traditional creative systems.

Arcadia is building a charter city in Puerto Rico designed to reshape the global creative economy by providing artists and creative institutions with the physical, economic, and digital infrastructure they need to flourish. We exist to establish a decentralized and bespoke infrastructure that fosters an unparalleled cultural renaissance, drawing the most flourishing artists and creative institutions in the world. We are curating the centerpiece for a new creative era, akin to how Los Angeles and Hollywood defined the entertainment industry or Florence shaped the Renaissance. 


OpportunityThe Creative Producer role at Arcadia is responsible for leading brand development, content strategy, and artistic direction across all initiatives. This role shapes Arcadia’s aesthetic, ensures consistency across all touchpoints, and executes high-quality creative projects that resonate with our growing creative community.

As Creative Producer, you will work closely alongside the CEO, Studio Director, and Head of Community, overseeing a network of creative contractors to facilitate branding, marketing assets, and content production. You will help develop a comprehensive visual language that embodies Arcadia’s ethos, ensuring alignment across digital and physical platforms.

This role demands an effective visionary who understands brand storytelling, multimedia content creation, and the nuances of creatively positioning a brand. The Creative Producer ensures that Arcadia’s visual presence remains cutting-edge, artistically compelling, and strategically aligned with its mission to build the future of creative sovereignty and holistic artistry.


Key Responsibilities
•  Work closely alongside CEO to align Arcadia’s brand identity, content strategy, and marketing initiatives with its long-term vision and creative ethos, ensuring all branded materials, digital assets, and creative outputs match our identity and standards.

•  Oversee the creation and management of brand assets, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints, including merchandise, event materials, promotional items, website updates, and multimedia content.

•  Source, manage, and direct a team of creative contractors, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and illustrators, ensuring high-quality execution across all projects.

•  Develop and execute Arcadia’s marketing and content strategy, crafting narratives that enhance Arcadia’s presence across social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels.

•  Continuously refine and optimize Arcadia’s creative strategy based on audience engagement, cultural trends, and evolving brand positioning to maintain relevance and impact in our targeted audiences.
